You and your business development colleagues will be led through a structured development programme to establish your own real world strategy. When the team is ready to make commitments to action plans, an event is scheduled called Lights, Camera, Action^®

Lights, Camera, Action^® is a unique way of gaining personal commitment to the team’s goals, seeking evidence and shining a spotlight on the results.

There is no place to hide in this process as we up the adrenaline with the cameras to create momentous events which bring the team together through their shared experience.  When appropriate there are high levels of pressure where laughter comes as a consequence of tension.

A key part of the value of these events is in the preparation, where team members are asked to think through what this personal commitment in front of the camera really means.  Careful planning is essential at Lights, Camera, Action as you will be asked to come back and give an account of what happened at the final event of Spotlight on Results
